Are you interested in using a CRM, Client Relationship Manager, in your mental health practice but not sure what it really does? We discuss what a CRM is, who could benefit from it and why would you want to consider it.

I go through some of the ways a CRM has transformed how my business has navigated some of our most common processes. 

There are some options out there for HIPAA compliant options, currently, my practice uses ActiveCampaign. There are others available on the market as well as numerous non-HIPAA compliant options like SharpSpring. Choosing one is going to depend on your use and needs.
