The unprecedented outbreak of COVID-19 was equally harsh for every business entity. Since the beginning, we knew that it was going to break our economy. Within a week, few businesses started collapsing and a few others started to lay off employees. On the other side, there were a few businesses that softened the harsh impact of COVID seamlessly. 

Is it the crisis or approach that is to be blamed? It is true that the industry in which a business operates played a major role in their survival(failure). But a few other things which had an equally important role were the adaptability, decisiveness, and determination of the team. The companies which managed to hold these three things in the initial phase were able to weather the storm impeccably.
