Paro (Personal Robot) is a "mental commitment robot for psychological enrichment" designed by Dr Takanori Shibata of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.

You can meet Paro at the 18th TEPIA Exhibition (Most Advanced Technology Exhibition) until July 21 at the TEPIA Plaza in Aoyama, Tokyo (between the Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium and Gaienmae Station).
