Welcome back to another episode of Tell Me Another Lie podcast! In this episode Ryann and Just Jae talked about self care and some of the ways we cope with everyday life. With a few fumbles Just Jae got through some of his thoughts on the topic while Ryann/Daria/Gertrude/Kanye talked about some of the myths behind the commercialization of self-care.

To tie in with the episode, Just Jae discussed a project called 100 Day 1s. This project (launching in January 2022) With in the new year right around the corner, Just Jae and Ryann are going to put words to action with this new endeavor. Stay TUNED!
