We discuss the drug epidemic in the United States, smartphone addiction and what we can do to avoid both.

I hope that you are doing all that you can to fight the drug epidemic, to include talking to your kids, friends and family members about the dangers of drugs.

I also hope that your smartphone has not taken over your life and if it has, that you do something about it.
