John Dwyer serves as president of Cricket Wireless, where he is responsible for overseeing the efforts of the company’s nationwide team.Prior to this role, Dwyer was Senior Vice President of Customer Service at AT&T, where he was responsible for retail sales operations and customer care. He has previously held key customer service, sales and operations roles at AT&T, Cingular Wireless and Pacific Bell Mobile Services.Outside the office, Dwyer is passionate about youth development and leadership programs. He is the chairman of Junior Achievement of Georgia and serves on the board of directors for Boy Scouts of Georgia.A resident of Atlanta, Dwyer earned a bachelor's degree in marketing at the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in finance at the University of Chicago.
