It was the early 1990s and Linda Curry seemed to have it all- a great job, a beautiful home, a close group of friends and an intelligent new husband. From afar, her life appeared perfect. Just before the couple's one year anniversary, however, Linda fell ill. Her symptoms became so severe that she had to be hospitalized twice. Her illness wasn't the only thing putting her life in danger, though. Despite recovering from this mystery illness multiple times, Linda died unexpectedly at home. Interestingly, while Linda was not a smoker, her autopsy revealed she died from nicotine poisoning. Her friends and police had a suspect in mind from day one, but it took over 16 years for an arrest to be made. Without scientific evidence from the field of forensic toxicology, Linda's killer may have never been brought to justice.
