To an outsider, 27-year-old Ellen Greenberg's life seemed to be going perfectly. She lived just outside of Philadelphia, PA and was working as an elementary school teacher. She was also engaged to her boyfriend Sam and their wedding planning was in full swing. On a snowy day in January 2011, however, Ellen's life abruptly ended. She was found in the kitchen of her apartment with 20 stabs wounds to her upper body, including her neck and chest. Officially, her death has been recorded as a suicide. Her loved ones, on the other hand, insist it was a homicide. Together, we will go over the scientific evidence and published resources and decide which we think is more likely.
