Sheldon Heuvel was sentenced to prison for a crime he committed to feed his addiction to drugs. Whilst incarcerated he aligned himself to the Christian community and committed himself to the Lord out of fear for his life. His commitment was superficial and once released he soon found himself back on drugs with his life spiraling out of control. Through the intercession of his family he agreed to go to rehab where he discovered that Jesus invites us to come to him just as we are are and his love can set us free from all the darkness that holds our souls captive.
