You take special care of your health and yet the seasons still seem to be playing around with your wellness! Yep! I’ve had the feeling too. So I dug deeper to figure out what we could do to see that we had more control over our health in the changing seasons. And voila! I actually found a comprehensive guide on diet and lifestyle for different seasons in Ayurveda. It’s called Ritucharya or Seasonal Routine and it has detailed information on exactly what changes one can make in each season to up the wellness quotient. The whole year is divided into 6 separate seasons with specific guidelines for each. This episode tells you about one of them. I’ll be talking about subsequent ones in later podcasts.
