I loved speaking to Anna and Kuda this week on the podcast, where we discussed all things Bound Fitness!
We begin the episode by speaking about what inspired the creation of Bound Fitness, and how fitness plays a central part in both Anna and Kuda's personal lives. Exercise can often be considered on purely the physical level, and we discuss the importance in promoting the intrinsic link between physical wellbeing and mental health, and how training can not only strengthen our bodies, but also our mentality. Exercise is a proven healer for those struggling with stress, anxiety and depression, and Anna and Kuda seek to advocate these benefits through their brand and make exercise accessible and inclusive for all.
We also speak about the difficulties the business faced as a result of lockdown, however, this period allowed for a means to reflect on the potential future of the business, and an opportunity to adapt and overcome challenges.
The future is very exciting for Bound, as they are launching a virtual studio, which offers a wide range of classes, a wellbeing section and a sociable online community. I am so proud to say that I am joining the Bound team as their yoga instructor, and will be doing a weekly restorative class! I am looking very much forward to joining Anna and Kuda on their mission to promote the positivity that fitness offers us on all levels, and sweating towards a stronger mentality.
