Hey Babes! Today I'm getting really vulnerable and sharing with you one of my lowest points of 2020, what I learned from that moment and how that experience not only reshaped my life, but revitalized it. I walk you through how I went from the girl who felt like she had NO time to spare, to the girl who no longer feels a slave to notifications and personally-inflicted expectations. AND I am  so excited (and extremely nervous, eek!) to read aloud a poem I wrote for this moment. It will be the first time I've EVER shared any of my poetry aloud, so the nerves are real y'all!
