Am I depressed, or is it just winter? Could it be both. Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD, OR seasonal depression is something that affects more than 10 million Americans. It's hard to pinpoint what exactly makes us SAD- the weather, the lack of sunlight, the lack of social life! It can be triggered by ANYTHING and MANIFEST differently. It's just important to keep on chugging and make it through to Spring. We're almost there ♡
