Today on the podcast we're talking about all things health, the mind, body, spirit connection and why it’s so important to focus on all three. We’re also talking about how to start creating “to be" lists and stop creating “to do“ lists. To do lists are great and they have a place, but when we’re talking about goals or New Year’s resolutions, it’s much better to craft an image or a vision of who you want to be or become instead of what you want to do or accomplish.

We also go a little deep with scientific studies on our physical health and I dip my pinky toe into my thoughts surrounding the pandemic… That’s right I’m going there.
