We are so excited to start this podcast. We have been wanting to do this for a really long time. So if you guys have followed the previous podcast, Actually I Can, It was based more toward business and just kind of like inspirational stories of people. trying to figure out how they can overcome something. So we're gonna kind of follow that vein a little bit, but we want to bring in more of a lifestyle outlook, things that are going on in the world, things that we're really passionate about.

if you don't know us...

Well, you probably don't know us. There's only one episode that we did on the other podcast, which was all about the Enneagram. So we are very much into the Enneagram and all of those things, but I would say we're both very into personal betterment, Health, wellness...and that's definitely been a growth process of learning, which I think it always is.

We have things to share with people that when people hear it come out of our mouths, they're like, no, I never knew that.

How do you know that? Where did you figure that out? You know, whether it has to do with health and wellness or, you know, current events, things going on in the world. We'll talk about some controversial things on here, like vaccines, the world shutting down, what that looked like for us. We'll be getting some interviews from some health experts, business owners, farmers & even homeschool mamas.

We want this podcast to be engaging.

We don't want to just talk at you and give you lots of information. We wanna give you information, but we also want to know what you wanna hear, what you wanna talk about, what's interesting to you as an audience.
