Previously, Boris practiced law as a transactional attorney, specializing in mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters at, respectively, global law firms Clifford Chance US LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and Mayer Brown LLP. Boris also formerly served as National Security Advisor to U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX). Boris’s policy writing has appeared in, among other publications, National Review, The National Interest, Business Insider and The Diplomat.
