When I was first introduced to the concept of meditation, I immediately wrote it off as not being for me. I thought I was too much of a fast-paced go-getter to let meditation slow me down. But when I finally decided to give it a try (after discovering that other high-achievers attributed much of their success to meditation) it changed everything for me.
