Song : Psalm 23

I came home from a long hard day almost two years ago and sat down at the piano and started playing. there was all kinds of confusion in the house, but it didn't matter, Psalm 23 was the result.  The key phrase for me is in the second verse, " The Lord has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a mind that sees clear.  Even though I cannot see what lies ahead, I know I can face life without fear or dread".

The first part of the song is in A minor, the chorus modulates to C. It contrasts the valley of death with the goodness of the Lord.
