In 2018, my guest today finished in the top 12 of the Isklar Norseman Xtreme Triathlon and she was the first woman to cross the finish line. She did it in under 12 hours, becoming the first woman to do so on this course, completely destroying and smashing the female course record in the process.

I'm really excited to introduce to you today, Mette Pettersen, who is Norwegian and we talk all things Norseman and mindset. The more we chatter, the more I fell in love with her and I know you will too! So I hope you really enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed talking to Mette!
