Let me tell you a secret. Marketing this way is neither easy nor effective. 

The problem with Facebook groups that focus on selling is that they have become oversaturated with people trying to do the exact same thing. So instead of building meaningful connections, most people are so focused on getting leads without building true rapport with people.
