I will be talking about a simple choice that each of you needs to make, and it is a choice that will determine how you perceive and experience the world around you. This will tie into what I have been talking about previously, which is the duality of the human condition. Another duality is the beta or alpha state. Today’s episode will set the foundation for when I teach you about the perspective of the alpha state and living the alpha way. Ask yourself, are you living as a beta or an alpha?

Let me be clear that there is no right or wrong choice, but how you decide is essential in determining how life and experiences will serve you. This episode is not for people experiencing the human condition and enjoying it. This episode is for my brothers living a life of suffering. If you are unhappy with your life, you need to consider a different approach or path, the alpha path.  

The alpha path is essentially spirituality, but it is probably not the definition of spirituality that you are thinking of. People often think spirituality involves either giving something up or doing something that enlightens you. It is neither. The spiritual path is about finding peace in the inner world so that you can live your full potential in the outer world.
