Not knowing how to get to the conference, I asked my iPhone, and the pleasant, patient voice that I’ve come to know and love took me straight to my destination.

As I was driving the two miles, listening to the lady in my iPhone, and it occurred to me that there are three ways that amazing teachers are like her.
