Have you ever thought about inclusivity in your own business? The world and the culture are changing, and in this episode, Madison and I are wondering about our role as business owners in this.

Madison is a Launch Strategist who helps course creators, membership owners, and service providers feel good about selling even more of their stuff online ethically and accessibly.

Since 2017 she’s worked behind the scenes of several prominent online businesses across a range of niches and industries, launching over 50 online programs for course creators. She’s helped her students generate sustainable income by selling out their signature offers.

Madison is proudly lazy, fiercely feminist, a girl Mum (👈🏻 spot the Aussie 🙊), a soulmate, anti-binary (with pronouns she/they), an emoji addict, and on a journey to discover what her hobbies are.

Listen to Madison and myself as we talk about lazy launches, self-acceptance, and inclusivity.

Highlights of this episode:

  • Celebrating diversity.
  • The lazy launch strategist and the laziness lie.
  • Creating an all-gender inclusive community.
  • Changing the language to open doors for others.
  • Madison’s eye-opening experience about community inclusion.
  • Tips to create more inclusivity in business.
  • Addressing the problem and the desire.
