Do you use affirmations in your daily practices? If not you may be interested in doing so.
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes in your life.
I've been using affirmations for a while now and although theres plenty of sources out there I found that most of them didn't really fit me.
So I made my own. I call these affirmations of power and I usually run them through my head or listen to them 3 times a day.
Repetition is key! So please check these out and see if they are more inline with your identity than something out of The Secret.
Because it's no secret. Thoughts become words...words become deeds...and we are our deeds. Enjoy!
