Welcome, I'm

0:08

Angela Bryant, and you're

0:10

listening to The Angel Rated

0:10

Show, where we have inspiring

0:13

conversations with the people

0:13

behind the products and services

0:16

most often used by online

0:16

business owners. On the show,

0:20

you'll hear how their personal

0:20

beliefs and values have

0:23

influenced their businesses. If

0:23

you're an online entrepreneur

0:26

who wants to know about the

0:26

integrity and impact of the

0:28

businesses you're buying from,

0:28

then this is the show for you.

0:36

Welcome to this episode of The

0:36

Angel Rated Show. My name is

0:39

Angela Bryant. And with me

0:39

today, I have Priscilla Stephen.

0:43

So Priscilla is an intuitive

0:43

business strategist, and creator

0:48

of the Soulfluent Leadership

0:48

Archetypes, she excels at

0:52

helping people identify their

0:52

zones of genius, step into

0:56

powerful leadership and live

0:56

their purpose profitably. So,

1:01

welcome. Thank you. Do you want

1:01

to just start by telling us a

1:07

little bit about yourself and

1:07

your online business?

1:10

Yes, I have

1:10

been in business for 10 years as

1:13

a coach, this is my second

1:13

business iteration. The first

1:18

one was a learning experience

1:18

versus a failure with a business

1:23

importing fashion accessories

1:23

and jewelry from Brazil, which

1:27

is where I'm from. And that was

1:27

three years. And my first

1:32

attempt at business. And then I

1:32

was an emotional eater for 30

1:38

years who doesn't like to eat a

1:38

few extra cupcakes or a whole

1:41

cheesecake right when you're

1:41

feeling down. And so I went to

1:44

health coaching school to work

1:44

on my own eating issues and came

1:49

out with a coaching certificate

1:49

and started coaching people on

1:52

that which turned out to really

1:52

be about helping people find joy

1:57

in their work more than why they

1:57

were, you know, because the food

2:01

is always a symptom of a deeper

2:01

rooted problem issue. And then I

2:06

came upon the Akashic Records,

2:06

which is a way for you to

2:09

connect to your soul and your

2:09

soul guides. And that had been

2:12

the missing piece that I've been

2:12

waiting for. And then I realized

2:15

that I had a specific talent

2:15

when I connected to people's

2:18

guides to help them grow their

2:18

business, live their purpose

2:21

through their business in a very

2:21

aligned way. And then I switched

2:26

out of health coaching about

2:26

five, four or five years ago to

2:30

doing intuitive business. And

2:30

then a couple years into that

2:33

realized I had an ability to

2:33

download very dense content from

2:38

the ether, let's put it that

2:38

way, which became this

2:40

Soulfluent Leadership Archetypes

2:40

body of work helping people be

2:43

really good leaders leading from

2:43

their souls. So that's a short

2:47

wrap up of 10 years. Plus, I got

2:47

fired twice before it started

2:51

this plus I was in the

2:51

environmental field for a

2:54

decade.

2:56

Yeah, fascinating

2:56

background, lots of different

2:59

things going on there. So for

2:59

those who aren't, or don't know

3:03

anything about Akashic Records,

3:03

tell us a bit more about what

3:06

they are and what that means.

3:08

Yeah, so I

3:08

came upon this by accident. And

3:11

I worked with Mike, who became

3:11

my teacher on a program for five

3:16

weeks called heal your body

3:16

stories, you can do a lot of

3:19

really deep soul healing in the

3:19

Akashic records, and I was like,

3:21

Oh my god, this is such a potent

3:21

space of, of healing. And then

3:26

she taught me how to connect. So

3:26

the Akashic Records I describe

3:29

as this Harry Potter kind of

3:29

beautiful library, in the ether

3:34

of everything of this database

3:34

about your soul of everything

3:37

that your soul has experienced

3:37

every lifetime. And it is a

3:40

space of deep love and truth.

3:40

And it is a space where you can

3:44

connect to your soul guides.

3:44

They're called the record

3:47

keepers, the keepers of your

3:47

souls records. And you can ask

3:50

them for guidance and clarity on

3:50

anything you want in any area of

3:54

your life for healing. It is not

3:54

predictive, it is a space of

3:58

empowerment, so that you can

3:58

show up, ask really potent

4:02

questions. And they will give

4:02

you the guidance that you want.

4:05

Not always what you want to

4:05

hear, but what you need or will

4:08

support you. And you can ask

4:08

questions about anything health,

4:12

business life, relationships,

4:12

healing, heel past life stuff. I

4:17

mean, it's amazing what you can

4:17

do. And while we all have

4:21

different abilities in the

4:21

records, I find that most people

4:24

tend to either have a broad

4:24

spectrum, I'm very focused on

4:28

business, I don't do

4:28

relationships, I don't do

4:31

health. I'm definitely not a

4:31

medical intuitive. I can tell

4:35

you if there's something going

4:35

on, I can't really diagnose but

4:38

I have an uncanny ability for

4:38

business to really channel the

4:42

direction of the business moving

4:42

forward, and kind of how to help

4:46

someone really, truly live in a

4:46

fulfilled way through their

4:49

business. And I'm passionate

4:49

about business and I think it's

4:52

God. Isn't it fascinating what

4:52

we can create out of nothing.

4:55

And so, I've never taught the

4:55

Akashic records. In all these

4:59

six, seven years that I've used

4:59

them, you know, to read for

5:02

other people and for myself, but

5:02

guess what, last week, my

5:05

guides, I call them the sneaky

5:05

fuckers. They were like, Oh, I

5:08

think it's time for you to go

5:08

teach the Akashic Records now.

5:10

So, five years ago, I downloaded

5:10

my own methodology to teach the

5:15

records including how to read

5:15

the Akashic records of people's

5:19

businesses, because everything

5:19

that has consciousness has an

5:22

Akashic Record. So a country, a

5:22

hurricane, a home, your

5:27

relationship, your children,

5:27

everything has an Akashic

5:30

Record, like a library of

5:30

content or guides to help them.

5:35

And so so in addition to the

5:35

Soulfluent Leadership Archetypes

5:38

and the book coming out this

5:38

summer, US summer, is now I'm

5:42

going to start putting together

5:42

a training to help entrepreneurs

5:46

and people that feel called to

5:46

the records, I feel like it's a

5:48

calling a pull to to connect

5:48

with their own guides, and if

5:53

they choose then to learn to

5:53

read the records of other people

5:57

and help them with their

5:57

purpose. So does that help at

6:00

all?

6:00

It does, you're

6:00

clearly so passionate about it,

6:04

and it's Yeah, I was gonna come

6:04

on Ask a bit more about the why

6:07

behind your business. But I

6:07

think you've, you've you've

6:09

taken this there already.

6:11

Yeah, I

6:11

guess, here's what I think, you

6:13

know, maybe because I went

6:13

through three really big career

6:16

changes that were so painful is

6:16

that I believe that everyone has

6:19

magical, talented, you know,

6:19

beautiful gifts that when

6:23

applied in the best possible

6:23

way, it will change the world.

6:27

And I feel like we all deserve

6:27

to feel fulfilled in our work,

6:31

and to have a sense of purpose.

6:31

And I, you know, there's my sun,

6:36

the logo is this, my, my logo is

6:36

the sun because the sun is about

6:40

purpose, and living that sense

6:40

of Northstar direction. So I'm

6:44

here to really help people live

6:44

their purpose through their

6:46

business and to do it by, like

6:46

you said, really leading with

6:51

their greatest talents and what

6:51

they do so naturally, that

6:54

sometimes they forget that they

6:54

can get to be paid really well

6:57

for.

6:59

Yeah, that's fantastic. So where do you want to? Where's what's your vision

7:01

for your, for the, for your

7:04

business moving forwards? Where

7:04

do you want to see it going?

7:07

You know,

7:07

it's a split, because there's a

7:11

part of me that wants to live a

7:11

simple life, you know, I was

7:14

when I dream of maybe going to

7:14

Wales or going off to England

7:17

someplace and finding a nice

7:17

little cottage and just living a

7:21

simple, beautiful life in nature

7:21

and just very grounded, simple

7:25

and my clients want a simple

7:25

life, even though they're high

7:28

achievers like I am. On the

7:28

other hand, I was given a body

7:31

of work. And now, the Akashic

7:31

Record piece too that, honestly,

7:34

I think has the potential to

7:34

truly make millions of dollars,

7:38

right. And then I'm like, That

7:38

sounds fun. But a simple life

7:42

really sounds great, too. And so

7:42

I guess I'm just taking it a day

7:47

at a time because this work has

7:47

so much so many arms to it, like

7:52

certification programs, and this

7:52

and that, but I have learned to

7:57

hold the container of

7:57

possibility for the greater

8:00

vision, and to stay in the now

8:00

which is to finish the

8:03

Soulfluent Leadership Business

8:03

Guide, which is to continue to

8:07

be an apprentice of the work to

8:07

become a better person, and to

8:12

see where it goes. But the

8:12

vision is that you know, we are,

8:16

we become better leaders that we

8:16

truly lead from a place of deep

8:22

integrity and alignment. And

8:22

that we just be happy someone

8:26

asked yesterday in in a in a

8:26

training I was in, like what

8:29

would be the first thing you

8:29

would tell someone and I the

8:32

first thing that came to mind

8:32

was, life is short, live your

8:35

dreams. And I think to me, my

8:35

tagline used to be live your

8:40

live the dream. And I think I'm

8:40

very passionate about people

8:43

living their dreams, because I

8:43

think our dreams hold, that

8:46

beautiful essence of soul and an

8:46

purity that will make the world

8:53

a better place and make us

8:53

happy.

8:57

I love the sound

8:57

of Yeah, make being happy,

9:00

simple life, but also being your

9:00

authentic self and sort of

9:05

moving in that direction all the

9:05

time. Because that's that's all

9:09

we should be doing really. So is

9:09

this something you want to be

9:12

known for, or some of the legacy

9:12

you want to create out the back

9:15

of this?

9:17

I struggle

9:17

with that one too? I mean, if

9:20

these bodies of work continue to

9:20

shine between the Akashic

9:23

records and and also the

9:23

supplement leadership

9:26

archetypes, the legacy is that

9:26

all of this is designed to help

9:30

you understand yourself

9:30

intimately and to know that your

9:33

whole perfect being and that you

9:33

don't have to try so hard. And

9:37

whether you do that through your

9:37

work through your business

9:39

through anything is that I think

9:39

that I said this to someone else

9:43

in their interview yesterday

9:43

that I said what happens when

9:47

you're at peace, I said, you

9:47

stop striving you're fully

9:51

present and living in

9:51

Technicolor in the moment. And I

9:55

think for me, if I could do

9:55

anything is for someone to feel

9:59

so Whole and at peace with

9:59

themselves that they don't feel

10:04

the need to prove or strive

10:04

anything they can if they want

10:08

to. But it would come from that

10:08

higher perspective versus I got

10:13

to prove, which is so much of

10:13

what I did so long and that

10:15

caused a lot of burnout and

10:15

suffering.

10:20

Yes, I hear you

10:20

on that. Definitely. So what

10:23

about the sort of values of your

10:23

business? What are the sort of

10:27

principles, your business runs on?

10:30

integrity,

10:30

and I'm reading is a great book,

10:32

it just came out by Martha Beck

10:32

it's called the way of integrity

10:37

and just reading that because

10:37

she talks exactly about that,

10:40

that polarity that push pull of

10:40

really following what does it

10:44

mean to follow your true nature

10:44

versus conditioning of society,

10:49

you know, what you must do to be

10:49

successful? I think we all go

10:52

through that. So my values are

10:52

integrity, we staying true to

10:56

yourself excellence, I'd love to

10:56

do good work, you know, and do

11:02

what I say, say what I do and,

11:02

but my true values I put on my

11:05

website are flexibility,

11:05

generosity, kindness, I would

11:10

say I think people sense that

11:10

for me that there's a loving

11:13

kind and nature about me

11:13

generosity, for sure. And I'm

11:17

flexible I you know, we set we

11:17

get sick, sometimes we're tired,

11:21

like, I'm not rigid, you know, I

11:21

don't do rigid at all. It's

11:25

awful. And so just kind of being

11:25

fluid. And I think that Yeah,

11:30

and I think mastery is something

11:30

I love to it's something I love

11:35

and high quality I love as well

11:35

I have noticed that the things

11:38

that I truly love in the world,

11:38

I don't care for you know, the

11:42

Chanel or the brand names per

11:42

se, I care for I really I love

11:47

artisanship, or artistry, you

11:47

know where you can see now those

11:51

carpenters or the jewelry people

11:51

or there's such, there's such a

11:56

technique to it. There's such

11:56

love and devotion and dedication

12:00

to what they do to creating

12:00

beautiful things. And that to me

12:05

is just beautiful. So yeah, I

12:05

would say that those are some of

12:10

the qualities and then fun and

12:10

adventure to you know, I love to

12:14

travel. And I love beauty. I

12:14

love beautiful things,

12:17

everything in my business is

12:17

well, pretty. It matters to me,

12:22

I don't want it to be cheesy or

12:22

ugly. And my new homepage is

12:26

just going to be up this week.

12:26

And it's pretty sparkly, gold, I

12:31

like things that sparkle, lots

12:31

and lots of sparkle and magic.

12:36

I love that. Just

12:36

um, yeah, aligning it with who

12:41

you are. And what you love is

12:41

just makes so much sense. So

12:45

what about does your business

12:45

help sort of give back in any

12:48

way? Do you support any

12:48

charities? Do you have any

12:50

scholarships? Is there anything

12:50

that you sort of do to help

12:54

address some of the awful issues

12:54

that are going on in the world,

12:58

I haven't

12:58

much and I swear I really try to

13:01

be honest with myself, I have

13:01

given occasionally to charities

13:06

like St. Jude's for pediatric

13:06

children with cancer and stuff

13:11

like that. But I actually just

13:11

realized this yesterday, there

13:14

are two things that I do that

13:14

are natural extensions of me and

13:18

business that I do when it feels

13:18

aligned is an incredible

13:22

connector, my connections make

13:22

people because I see that

13:26

connections are a way of me

13:26

helping people live their

13:29

purpose. Like sometimes if you

13:29

just make that one, you know,

13:33

that person can just change

13:33

everything it can be in your

13:35

partnership, my web person and

13:35

my graphic designer are now

13:38

massive business partners, I

13:38

introduced them, you know,

13:42

colleagues and my clients, they

13:42

get the benefit of that. And so

13:46

that's a natural extension that

13:46

I do regardless. And the second

13:50

one is, I've learned as an I'm a

13:50

mystic leadership, Soulfluent,

13:54

mystic archetype, which means

13:54

that just embrace that I hold

13:58

space for people and I'm a

13:58

catalyst people. When they come

14:01

into my space, they heal, they

14:01

get insight, they also have

14:05

ideas. And I'm a good sounding

14:05

board for getting them to be

14:09

honest and real with themselves.

14:09

And so just even the last this

14:13

month alone, it's part of a kind

14:13

of a group I belong to. I've

14:17

been interviewed maybe five

14:17

times by colleagues that like

14:20

I'm either their ideal client,

14:20

or they really would like and I

14:24

was like, No, I can help you

14:24

with something. And so my

14:27

generosity is just holding space

14:27

for someone and it brings me

14:31

joy. I don't expect anything

14:31

from it. And it's a way for me

14:34

to kind of give back in a way

14:34

now with time and eventually

14:39

there might be money too. So

14:39

it's it's simple. It's something

14:42

I do naturally anyway. And I can

14:42

I see it as a way of furthering

14:48

someone because if I can provide

14:48

insight that will move them

14:51

ahead, I am still fulfilling on

14:51

the purpose of helping them live

14:55

their purpose.

14:58

It plays to your strengths as well. So I mean, that's the ideal scenario, isn't

15:00

it that you're using your

15:04

talents and your skills to,

15:06

and the value

15:06

and the generosity and the about

15:10

the strengths, which is holding

15:10

space and being a catalyst

15:13

all coming

15:13

together into one place. So is

15:15

there anything different in your

15:15

sort of more personal values

15:18

that don't play out in your work

15:18

values anything more from you as

15:21

a person about your, your

15:21

worldview, or how you see

15:26

things?

15:26

I think for

15:26

me, it gets the two words that

15:29

come to mind, compassion is one,

15:29

I think that an empathy, I think

15:33

that this can certainly go

15:33

through work, I think that we're

15:36

just too hard on ourselves and

15:36

too judgmental, I can be very

15:39

harsh. I'm just judging,

15:39

sometimes people. And I think

15:43

that the world will go with

15:43

discernment, of course, will go

15:47

so much farther, if we can just

15:47

have a little extra dose of

15:50

compassion, I think, especially

15:50

coming out of a pandemic and all

15:52

the suffering we have seen and

15:52

experienced, even if we feel

15:55

extremely blessed, like we have

15:55

been very fortunate. I think

15:59

compassionate empathy can go a

15:59

long way that creates

16:02

connection. And I think, to me,

16:02

I think one of the greatest

16:06

things we can do for any human

16:06

being is to witness them to

16:10

really hold space and see them

16:10

and allow them to be seen and

16:13

heard. And I didn't really fully

16:13

understand the power of

16:16

witnessing until I got married

16:16

three years ago, and just having

16:22

70 friends and family come

16:22

together here in San Diego, and

16:26

bear witness to our love and

16:26

bear witness and celebrate with

16:31

us. It really truly was a rite

16:31

of passage and it anchored to

16:34

the experience, because not only

16:34

because it was witnessed because

16:39

it was shared with a group of

16:39

people. And it wasn't just

16:42

something for us, because we had

16:42

contemplated just you know, just

16:45

the two of us someplace. But I

16:45

was like, no, it needs to be

16:48

witnessed. And so I think in our

16:48

transformational work, or as

16:51

friends and colleagues, just

16:51

holding that space for someone

16:55

to be witnessed in their pain

16:55

without trying to fix it or

16:58

witnessed in their celebration,

16:58

I think can be the deeply human

17:03

humanizing, and empowering

17:03

experience.

17:07

Sounds wonderful,

17:07

and good. And it's so good and

17:11

so lovely that you obviously had

17:11

the opportunity to do that.

17:13

Because I know that obviously,

17:13

so many people over the past

17:16

year haven't been able to have

17:16

the wedding that they want.

17:19

I know, I know that might sound a bit like when I started to think about

17:21

the brides I was heartbroken.

17:25

Yeah, massive

17:25

changes to people's plans. And

17:28

yeah, travel and funerals and

17:28

everything. Just Yeah, really

17:31

everything hit by what's been

17:31

going on. So tell me about

17:35

whether, what causes sort of

17:35

thinking sort of bigger picture

17:40

world causes that you feel most

17:40

strongly about? I know, you said

17:44

that you've sort of

17:44

environmental policy background

17:46

is that

17:46

I do? Well,

17:46

that my husband is you know,

17:49

both my husband and I both have

17:49

graduate degrees in

17:51

environmental policy I, for me,

17:51

environmental policy, he is in

17:54

science and environmental

17:54

science. My husband is very

17:57

passionate about climate

17:57

science, and you know, the end

18:00

of the world and how important

18:00

it is to do something now, which

18:02

I don't disagree. I am very

18:02

passionate about women's

18:06

education and empowerment, and

18:06

really giving the space for

18:10

women to be acknowledged and

18:10

celebrated and seen for the

18:16

incredible gifts that they have.

18:16

I think we all as humans can

18:19

suffer with self doubt, I think

18:19

women in particular can also be

18:22

plagued by that. Whether it's

18:22

cultural, religious, you know,

18:26

traumatic experiences I have

18:26

been, especially as a mystic,

18:31

fobbed out is my kryptonite, you

18:31

know, it's very tough. And so

18:36

having a space to encourage,

18:36

motivate, and mentor women and

18:40

celebrate them and cheer them on

18:40

and give them the resources. And

18:44

I also am passionate about

18:44

entrepreneurship and giving

18:47

women the resources and the

18:47

tools, especially if in my case

18:50

I don't give money, but you know

18:50

that women have the space to

18:54

really be given a chance

18:54

because, you know, businesses

18:58

can really make a huge

18:58

difference in the world,

19:00

especially Soulfluents

19:00

businesses that are here to

19:02

create what I call the 360 win

19:02

where you win as the owner, the

19:06

company, the team, the clients

19:06

and the planet, right. Your

19:09

choices have positive ripple

19:09

effects. It's you know, the kind

19:13

of whole concept of conscious

19:13

business, right business that

19:16

does good, supports the greater

19:16

good. So I think those are,

19:21

those are a few. And I also

19:21

believe in people traveling, I

19:25

think it's so important when we

19:25

get to do that, again, to get

19:29

out of your bubble, and to

19:29

explore the world and cultures

19:32

and way of seeing things that

19:32

are very different from you that

19:35

you can both learn compassion

19:35

and acceptance but also realize

19:40

the humanity of all of us that

19:40

transcends time, space

19:44

boundaries and all of it.

19:46

You're really

19:46

talking my language having done

19:49

two lots of six months traveling

19:49

in the last four years, it is so

19:54

eye opening and yeah, that idea

19:54

of making conscious choices

19:57

about the impact you have is

19:57

absolutely what I'm what I'm all

20:01

about. And it really rings true.

20:01

So that's lovely. So you

20:06

mentioned your husband, just

20:06

then a bit earlier and the

20:10

talking about your wedding as

20:10

well. So tell us something about

20:12

how you met.

20:14

Yeah. So I

20:14

moved to San Diego from New York

20:18

City. I was escaping one more

20:18

horrible winter. And so I was

20:22

here kind of just trying out San

20:22

Diego, and I saw a Facebook post

20:28

about a Dirty Dancing workshop

20:28

for men and women for singles.

20:33

And I was here by myself.

20:33

Totally peeing in my pants. So

20:36

scared because I was afraid of

20:36

men. You know, I was already

20:39

what at that point? 40 41 I

20:39

think I was no spring chicken.

20:44

And so I went, and all I told

20:44

myself, I got the Uber, right,

20:48

because I didn't have a car here

20:48

at the time. Just go. If I get

20:52

really scared, if it's awful,

20:52

I'll just leave right. That's,

20:55

that's my out. Got that

20:55

literally practically peeing in

20:58

my pants. I was so scared. I'm

20:58

like, I don't know anyone. What

21:01

are they going to do to us? And

21:01

it was kind of like conscious

21:04

relating. So we had exercises,

21:04

couples exercises rotating like

21:08

group exercises, we started we

21:08

went around the circle. And I

21:11

think I blurted it out. I'm

21:11

terrified of men and a terrified

21:14

of being here. I think I just

21:14

needed to say it. And then we

21:16

just did partner dancing. It

21:16

wasn't some raunchy kind of

21:19

thing. But it was all about

21:19

relating and connecting through

21:23

dance. And so there's a lot of

21:23

rotating, there's 18 men and 18

21:28

women. And it took me about two

21:28

thirds into the to the evening,

21:32

there was this apartment that

21:32

had this gorgeous view of the

21:35

ocean. And, and then I met my

21:35

husband came around, he was in a

21:40

black shirt, and I think his

21:40

glasses, and I thought he was an

21:43

accountant or something, you

21:43

know, because there was music I

21:46

couldn't hear very well. And I

21:46

was just trying to not look

21:49

stupid because I'm not good

21:49

dancer. Even though I'm

21:51

Brazilian, I should supposedly

21:51

you know know how to shake my

21:54

bum bum, but I don't. But

21:54

anyway, and we both It was truly

21:59

electric, the moment we danced,

21:59

we we both felt this

22:02

Thunderbolt. And then a second

22:02

song came and I didn't want to

22:07

let him go. And then we both

22:07

felt this kind of Shockwave

22:11

again. And then another song

22:11

came and we were supposed to

22:15

switch partners. And I said no,

22:15

I don't think we need to switch

22:18

partners anymore. And then we

22:18

stayed together and just you

22:21

know, watch this moonlight and

22:21

all of that. And then he texted

22:24

me that night. And we started

22:24

chatting and then we went on our

22:28

first date the you know, that

22:28

weekend? And and that was

22:32

really? Yeah.

22:35

So amazing. I

22:35

don't know, when you when I read

22:37

when you said that you? Yeah, a

22:37

Dirty Dancing night. I didn't

22:40

quite know whether I was

22:40

thinking the film or whatever I

22:42

was thinking about. Yeah, erotic

22:42

dance or something in between a

22:47

bit of everything.

22:47

It was a

22:47

movie kind of thing it wasn't,

22:50

it wasn't raunchy, or, you know,

22:50

anything like that. But it was.

22:54

Yeah. And it was just magical.

22:54

It was it was just so meant to

22:57

be and and we had been single

22:57

for a very long time. My

23:00

husband's about 13 years older

23:00

than I. So yeah, we became

23:04

pretty inseparable. We moved in

23:04

together three months after

23:07

that. We got engaged about two

23:07

years after that married, like

23:11

two or three years. Yeah, three

23:11

years after we've known each

23:14

other now for six years. In

23:14

June, and married three,

23:18

Fantastic. Oh,

23:18

that's lovely. Congratulations.

23:22

love a good story. So anything

23:22

else about your I guess you as a

23:29

person, anything else that makes

23:29

you tick that you want to share

23:32

with us?

23:34

Yeah, I'm,

23:34

I'm passionate about just

23:39

encouraging people to live their

23:39

dreams, I think it matters. I

23:43

think dreams kind of fire me get

23:43

put a fire under me ignite this

23:48

passion. Because I think it

23:48

causes so much, you know,

23:53

misalignments of work, cause

23:53

dis-ease, physical, emotional,

24:00

psychological, mental. And I see

24:00

it with my husband, you know, he

24:04

really wants to be doing climate

24:04

science work. And he's a

24:06

software engineer. And he told

24:06

me yesterday and he actually

24:10

said it's like, do it. What's

24:10

worse, a lonely life or an angry

24:14

life because he was very lonely

24:14

before he met me. And now he's

24:17

kind of angry because it's not

24:17

doing what he wants to do. And

24:20

that's on him to figure out but

24:20

it's hard to see him this

24:24

unhappy in a way because he has

24:24

a great team and a great job but

24:29

it's not the work that fires has

24:29

soul, you know, ignites his

24:33

passions. And it's so sad to say

24:33

that, you know, a sad, sad soul.

24:41

So I want more happy souls doing

24:41

things they love really firing

24:46

up their engines. And it's funny

24:46

that that's really what's

24:50

happening under my own roof. You

24:50

know? I think that's it and we

24:55

now have a little maltipoo and

24:55

cats so I've become really

24:59

passionate about rescues and

24:59

animals, we don't want to have

25:03

children. So these are our fur

25:03

baby. And we love hosting and we

25:07

love bringing people together.

25:07

What it is that Alex said that

25:11

we're like the not the foster

25:11

home, but we're like the place

25:14

like the dumping ground for

25:14

people like in between in

25:17

transition. We'd love to be a

25:17

safe haven for people. You know,

25:21

we're good to our friends, you

25:21

know, we would love to have

25:23

people come to our home, we've

25:23

had people gone through

25:25

relationships and stay with us.

25:25

So I think just we're a place

25:30

for people to know that they're

25:30

the, you know, we can kind of be

25:34

that little nestd before they

25:34

can go fly off again. Yeah, and

25:39

I love family and people and

25:39

people genuinely fascinate me,

25:44

they both terrify me because I

25:44

think I have a bit of social

25:46

anxiety, you know, and but I'm

25:46

fascinated by people I've always

25:50

wanted to know, why do people do

25:50

what they do? Yeah,

25:54

it's so clear

25:54

that your your passion for

25:57

people finding their purpose and

25:57

living their purpose just shines

26:00

through and your energy is just

26:00

so positive and uplifting, I can

26:04

see that you providing a real

26:04

safe haven for people in your

26:07

home. And, yeah, a lovely spot

26:07

to come and rest and recuperate.

26:12

And then as you say, fly off

26:12

into the next chapter. So yeah,

26:16

that's really lovely. So before

26:16

we wrap up, did you want to tell

26:19

listeners a bit more about where

26:19

they can find you your business?

26:23

Your services?

26:24

Yeah,

26:24

absolutely. So I primarily Um,

26:28

so my website is Priscilla

26:28

Stephens Comm. I do have the

26:32

Soulfluent Leadership Archetype

26:32

quiz, which is a three minute

26:36

free quiz, where you can

26:36

identify which of the five

26:39

Soulfluent archetypes you are,

26:39

there's the mystic, the

26:42

visionary, the strategist, the

26:42

Explorer and the divine

26:45

feminine, I am a true and true

26:45

mystic. And how your archetype

26:51

informs every key aspect of your

26:51

business? are you leading with

26:55

your gifts, your branding, your

26:55

messaging, business, model, your

26:58

offers your pricing, and so on,

26:58

and so on. And the Soulfluent

27:02

Leadership Business Guide is

27:02

coming out, which will show you

27:06

exactly how to identify your

27:06

archetype and how to integrate

27:11

it into your business through

27:11

and through and in how you show

27:14

up and lead. Yeah, and I

27:14

primarily work with women who

27:18

are service based, experienced,

27:18

established, and who tend to be

27:21

at that place where they have a

27:21

lucky fortunate problem. They

27:25

have more clients than they know

27:25

what to do with where they've

27:28

outgrown their business model.

27:28

And they're trying to figure out

27:30

how can I work smarter or less

27:30

not compromise, or give up what

27:36

I've created so far, and

27:36

especially my income. And so

27:38

usually the right clients, for

27:38

me are spiritual, and they want

27:42

both business and soul, and they

27:42

want to work less. So usually,

27:47

they work 20% less, make 20%

27:47

more, and they create a simpler,

27:51

happier life. And that really is

27:51

congruent with their season of

27:57

life, and also their cycle of

27:57

business, you know, because

28:00

growing more and bigger isn't

28:00

always better. You know,

28:03

sometimes less is better. You

28:03

know?

28:07

Sounds amazing.

28:07

So we will make sure we've added

28:10

all those, the links to the show

28:10

notes to your quiz to your

28:13

website. And is the book the

28:13

other item that you mentioned?

28:18

Yeah, when that comes out?

28:20

Yeah. So

28:20

Priscillastephan.com has

28:22

everything and

28:22

Priscillastephan.com/quiz is

28:25

where they if you want, and

28:25

that's the exact to go to the

28:27

quiz. And the book will be out

28:27

in a few months over the summer,

28:31

July August of 2021. And that's

28:31

the Soulfluent Leadership

28:35

Archetype Business Guide, how to

28:35

amplify your message visibility

28:40

and profits by leveraging your

28:40

archetype.

28:43

Great, we'll make

28:43

sure we add that information

28:45

about that as well once it's

28:45

available, so thank you ever so

28:48

much for joining us. It has just

28:48

been so lovely to have you and

28:51

to learn more about what you're

28:51

working on and who you are and

28:55

who the person is behind the

28:55

business.

28:57

So I'm so

28:57

honored and I'm sending even

29:00

though it's kind of gray day

29:00

here in San Diego, California.

29:03

lots of sunshine from the

29:03

southern California coast.

29:07

Thank you. I

29:07

think we need it in the UK and

29:10

sleet and hail and who knows

29:10

what else we've been getting

29:13

today. So in between sunshine, I

29:13

don't know what's going on. So

29:17

anyway, so to wrap up if you
