Jonah 1-17

Here we see the story of Jonah a prophet that Go call to give warning to the people at Nineveh. But he decided that he was going get up and run the opposite direction away from what God call him to do.

There is a lot of people right now running from God.

Do not say no to God your disobedience can land you in deep waters. literally Jonah end up in the belly of the wale.

after a few days of being in the wale he repented and choose to obey God (Jonah 2:1-10)

When we choose to disobey God the consequence of that disobedient can be devastating for us. It is way better to follow him. if that is the case why you keep saying no to God.

And even though Jonah still reluctant to do what God was telling him. He when and did it and it bring glory to God.

God’s perfect will will always prevail. That is if we choose to say yes to Him.

Colossians 1:10 says;

Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better.
