Jacob Glanville is an entrepreneur, inventor, and computational immuno-engineer. He developed the core business model, the research teams, and the technologies that enabled Distributed Bio to become profitable without investment. As Co-Founder, CEO and President of Distributed Bio, he and his teams apply computationally-guided immunoengineering methods to enable a new generation of monoclonal antibody discovery and universal -vaccine design.

Sarah Ives is an immune engineer. In 2015 she joined Distributed Bio as employee #6 as project lead for the Centivax universal influenza vaccine program as a Principal Scientist, where she leads the vivarium operations in Guatemala and the vaccine assays in California. In addition to the influenza vaccine studies, she directs all contract research programs for therapeutic antibody discovery and optimization with phage display libraries at Distributed Bio, including over 50 discovery campaigns for biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical companies across the globe.
