In the first, we share news of a ridiculous new speedrun record that was set in the game, blindfolded. In the second, we fill you in on the sale of a classic copy of Super Mario Bros. setting a record for the highest price paid to date for a classic video game. After all the Super Mario Bros. news, we stay on the Nintendo train by discussing the latest Switch sales figures and where it now ranks for all-time sales. From Nintendo we mover over to Netflix and discuss the streaming giant’s plans for a Pokémon live-action series, as well as their plans for offering mobile games to their subscribers. Elsewhere, we tell you how little time it took for the Playdate to sell out of its supply for this year.
