On this week's episode, Yachay takes a trip downtown to visit Hartford, Connecticut's very own Danessa Pedroso. The conversation dives deep into the falsehood of assimilation, the adversity of an immigrant artist, and outreach for a better and healthier community. What better way to discover your true, inner-self, than by throwing all margins of societal structure and expectations out the window?!
 Danessa is a Cuban, Afro-Latina Artist who specializes her expression through ceramic craft. From Coiling to Wheel Throwing, Danessa has built her Studio, Warm Jungle, from the ground up. Her community engagement has gained her traction amongst some of New England's brightest minds. Aside from providing individual and group classes, Danessa also narrows much of her focus through her love for Herbology and Media Content. She has also expressed her artistic passion through modeling work.
