It's that time of the year again!

Welcome back for a very special episode of The Artist Notepad! This episode, David and Jak hop back into the D'n'M Time Capsule and answer the same 6 questions they've answered in episodes 27, 53 and 54 in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Now it's 2023, and it's time for the guys do reflect, dig deep and be vulnerable. The questions they will be answering are:

1. How do you feel about yourself right now?
2. What are some things you’ve learnt about yourself? Perhaps think about your values, your masks, your leadership?
3. What have you learnt about your key relationships with others? With parents, siblings and extended family? With friends? God?
4. What are a couple of things you would like to change about yourself and what directions do you need to take to keep growing?
5. Any hurt or anger you carry in your life?
6. What type of person do you want to develop into in the future? Any particular characteristics or virtues? How would this show in your relationships? How can we help one another to become this person?

We strongly encourage you guys to reflect on and record your own answers to these questions, that way, you can have your own D'n'M Time Capsule each year along with us!
