Having stress as a parent is a very real thing. As a parent, we have so many more responsibilities, but as a parent of a child that has more needs than other children, the amount on a parent’s shoulders are compounded. Everything can take more time. The amount of mental problem solving and having to think more about everything can be exhausting and really overwhelming.
