A goal to set for yourself here in 2024: Couch Friends. Friends that you don't have to get out of sweatpants for, friends who can come over with their favorite blanket and snacks. Friends who you can just hunker down, get cozy, have some in house hangs and just enjoy time together.

While you're in the 'era' this year, my advice: pick about 2-4 couch friends (depending on your seating situation of course ;)).
