1. Not changing on an identity level - still doing and being the same as you've always been.

2. Dwelling on the past - whether that be something that happened 5 minutes ago or 5 years ago.

3. Getting lost in negative hypnosis - filled with negative self-talk about yourself, others, and the world in general.

4. Hyperfixating on the unfavorable things occurring in your reality - forgetting that you are the co-creator and can, moment by moment, choose to create a new reality.
