Cher Ewing & Krys Marshall are both Band patient themselves; their mission is to give their listening audience a new way of looking at their Band WLS so they don’t become overwhelmed throughout their Band journey.Krys Marshall is a successful, passionate, bandster. Krys is known for her honesty, quick wit and her no hold's bar approach to help others be successful. Cher Ewing is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach; Motivational Speaker, Author, Blogs at WLS Lifestyles and LapbandTalk and maintains a private practice in Dallas, Texas.Cher and Krys have mentored/coached hundreds of Band patients. Together these two will have you laughing, screaming, and determined to do your best on this crazy band journey.Cher is the Author of "Transformation Caravan", a blueprint for all Band patients.
