One of the few folks whom I would trust with the show when I am not able to host live, Steve Ray from Owl's Nest BBQ, sits in for me while I make my way back from Chicago. I will recap that trip next week!
It has been a while since we've gotten in-depth pizza talk from the country's (maybe the world's) foremost authority, Matt Frampton from BBQ Revolution. Steve and Matt will chop it up on all things pizza. Steve is a recent owner of a wood fired pizza oven and will ask all the right questions to help you out with your backyard pizza making parties!
After Matt, the newly crowned "Master of Que", Lee Ann Whippen from Deviled Pig BBQ joins Steve to recap her new title and time on the show. They will also talk a bit about Lee Ann's restaurant history and why Florida was the best spot for her latest venture! she has had other places in Virginia, Chicago and now Florida.
