Mindset is everything but for many this can be challenge.

After loosing a love one to Murder, Bianca's Mental Health took a tumble. The experience led her to launching as Miss Mindset & deciding to develop a program of workshops to support others with their mental health. 

Mindset Maintenance was born offering our community access to free workshops and self development opportunities on the South Coast. Networking with local Mental Health advocates & coaches, the workshops offer information and advice to enable anyone to take control of their own Mental Health. Self development is a key part to having a good positive mindset, we all need the recourses to be able to fulfil this mission.
