Hilarie LaPoint is a former high school and college athlete, current mom, teacher, wife and friend. After her career in sports ended Hilarie struggled to find her balance with nutrition and fitness. Finally, Hilarie found her best version of health in training for a marathon and working to earn her best time. Fueling her body for health, she has built a routine that works in her life and makes her feel the best she's ever felt.
