I’m back with another season of The Bench Social, an extension of Ría 24K Jewelry by Mina+Ría, about human experiences, divine connections and aspirational lifestyles. Together making an impact and changing lives within the jewelry industry and sustaining new legacies of a purposeful life & generational blessings for Native American, Indigenous, & PanAfrican communities.

The Bench Social will continue with discovering, exploring, and sharing the Facets in Designing a Life of Purpose & Victory with the full integration of mindset, environment, financial, intellectual, relationships, social, physical & spiritual well-being.

This month's theme has to do with IDENTITY & RELATIONSHIPS and todays SIP 'n' CHAT guest is Mindset Coach, Mylene Noir. In becoming a Mindset Coach, Mylene's mission is to teach career-driven women, how to unlock their purpose and unleash their power beyond the workplace.  She believes the most significant work you will do is on yourself, and the most critical place to start that work is with mindset.

Mylene is also the host of a weekly podcast Your Enriched Self and her message is to not let your vision for tomorrow be limited by your mindset today.
