Miriam Jacobson, MS RD CNS is a triple-certified nutritionist and uses functional medicine to help her clients resolve underlying reasons for their 'mystery symptoms'. I wanted to bring Miriam on today to talk to us about how we can create some symmetry & balance to our busy lives through the food we eat and feed our families. We chat about meal prepping, stabilizing blood sugar to avoid crashing and fatigue, how to lead by example with our behaviors and also starting each day with a well-balanced breakfast.
