Who are you when you're forced to stop?
Sports leadership and development coach Naomi Burgess is a lifelong sports and exercise fanatic, who played her first game of hockey at aged 4. She was the head sports captain at school, before going on to study sport at Loughborough University, then gaining a Master’s of Research in Sport Psychology straight afterwards. She now works with the British Olympic and Paralympic teams, supporting them as they head to the Tokyo 2020 Games. Naomi joined Lynette Allcock to share the story of what she learned when she was forced to a halt.
