Jerry Nadler Talks Investigations, Impeachment Rules

Released Monday, 16th September 2019
Good episode? Give it some love!
The House Judiciary Committee voted last week along party lines to approve a resolution that lays out some ground rules for moving forward on possible impeachment proceedings against President Trump. The rules are preliminary, and largely procedural — it allows some hearings to be designated, "impeachment hearings," allows committee staff to question witnesses, and describes how the President's lawyers may respond to public testimony.

Rep. Jerrold Nadler, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, explained what the rules mean going forward.
