“To do business transformation not only properly, but successfully, first time, it needs to be holistic and people-led”.

In this episode, we are joined by Kyle McCaffery, CPA and former KPMG real estate tax specialist, compliance and consulting focusing around technology and process improvements for clients, and now Manager Business Transformation at Eisner Amper, a company with 2,500 employees, head quartered out of New York, where he has grown and tripled the size of this own team, over the last two (2) years, during the pandemic, all (almost) virtually, having not met many of his own team face to face, something that would have not been heard of 5 years ago, but is doing it very well!

Kyle, although having a financial and head for numbers and the details, shares his views and the forgotten art of a holistic approach that looks at the solution as a whole, considers people from the top of the organisation to the bottom, how culture, leadership, an open door policy communication and clear and agreed roles and responsibilities have been the key to successful business transformation but also minimising change and technical that has enabled him and his company to build the internal business transformation capability and scale his practise.

Join this conversation and learn the key takeaways, maybe you can do that in your team and organisation too!

“We understand the business side, and we understand the technology side. But we need to translate exactly what the Busines needs so Technology can build it.” – Kyle McCaffery

“We are very cognisant about when we get a request. We always make sure we look at everything holistically. We want to understand step by step what your process is. We want to understand what is working, and what is not working.” – Kyle McCaffery
