When I had just moved to Los Angeles, JR was one of my first friends and we worked closely on several major projects together, so I am excited to finally share his story! We talk about how JR was using Premiere when he was SIX years old (shout out to his pops), how he was rejected in college of an opportunity to create a short film and spend a semester in LA which forced him to be self-taught while in Chicago.
