As I'm recording this podcast from a walk in the woods, I share how Owning Your Awesome might look like. It can be gigantic steps, or can be tiny ones. It is usually something that will feel challenging. 

Like me sharing with 50-ish people at a new (for me) networking event (3FM in Henley) about the two events I'm speaking at/running (SHEnetWORKS on May 23rd at 9.30am and IDEA PARTY on May 24th at 10am).

How owning my awesome for me is to decide not to let my fear of speaking stop me from sharing my message. 

How it's not about me in that moment, but about the audience needing to hear that message. 

How for you it might be running 5k or a marathon. Something for yourself or your business.

It's pushing through the discomfort for that bigger goal. It's not letting your excuses win. It's about allowing your soul to come to life.

And if speaking is your fear point, you can get a coach (contact me if it feels right), read a book (you might like to read "How to be a DIVA at Public Speaking") or jump in just like I'm doing.

Ask for the help you need to push through. 

And decide! Decide that your dream is worth it. Decide that YOU are worth Owning Your Awesome!
