I'm recording this on a Friday evening, and I invite you to breathe! To allow the moment to just be.

And take it further, by asking yourself: what have you done this week that you're proud of? Where have you pushed yourself outside of your comfort zone? Where have you acted or reacted in a way that you feel chuffed about?

Take some time to just be, or best even journal on the wins of this week, of the last few days and of today. 

Celebrating your achievements is more than just being grateful. Being grateful can just be for things that are, like your comfy bed, your roof over your head. This kind of celebration helps to uncover, and to internalise your personal wins. The ones you created and you've got every reason to be proud of.
