Kristiyan Rukov came to the United States of America in 2012 and didn't have a work permit, so he worked as a dishwasher & server getting paid less than minimum wage under the table.

In 2016 he obtained his green card and played poker for a living, but the active nature of this wasn't something he was interested in long-term. So after some research for more passive than active income he found real estate.

In 2018 he bought his first property where he house hacks to this day. Always wanting to own multiple businesses, he opened his ATM business in July 2020, then expanded to credit card processing services, vending machines, and operates a channel called Financial Freedom Made Simple to inspire and motivate others to pursue their dreams.

He retired in July 2022, took a 4 month vacation across the United States of America, and created a second channel called Travel Made Simple where he shares his experiences with traveling.

Now he is back in town, managing his Airbnb's and recently started a cleaning service company where the employees make a percentage based income instead of being paid per hour.
