Brian is an award-winning mortgageloan officer who became frustrated with the way people didbusiness. A life-long voracious reader, Brian began devouring everybusiness and industry-specific book he could find. One thatresonated most authentically? Michael Maher’s #1 InternationalBestseller,  (7L) The Seven Levels ofCommunication. In fact, it was Michael who encouraged Brian tostart an event. So, using key concepts from Michael’s book, othertransformational resources, and Brian’s unique best practices, helaunched Mastermind St. Louis in 2011—a monthly event forprofessional service providers dependent upon referrals. Theevent consisted of content presentation and exploration, and apanel discussion, all focused on how to create a radicallyreferable business. After only a few months, the event wasconsistently standing room only. In addition, attendees frequentlyasked Brian how they could take the concepts explored at theseevents and more fully understand and integrate them into theirbusinesses. For the attendees that wanted more, Brian created theRadically Referable and Accelerate Workshops and eventually addedindividual, team, and company coaching offerings.
