In today's episode, we have our guest Cheryl here to share her experience with us. At the early stage of her career, she works pretty hard she worked 24/7. She will share how this habit affected her and stressed her. How it affected her productivity. She will share the symptoms of stress that she had. And afterward, she will share how she took care of her to prevent herself from stressed her. She will share the tips that helped her most to gain a healthy happy life.

About our guest:

Name: Cheryl Meyer

After 20 years of being a business owner, designing jewelry for big-box retailers (Macys, JC Penney, Kohls, Amazon) she woke up one morning in extreme pain. Ends up she had not paid attention to the fact that toxic load was building in my body and she had an autoimmune disease. Her cortisol was so low she was almost to Addisons Disease. In the next 5 years, she eliminated hundreds of toxins from her life and learned a series of 3-minute exercises to release stress during the day before it becomes toxic. She also started to do self-care and discovered tuning into her body and how it felt, eating the rainbow and Food Quality Matters, and to do self-care daily became important aspects to regaining her health as well as improving my productivity and my mood for business. She became so inspired to help others, she returned to school at 67 to become a health coach to inspire them to discover what she had learned from 5 years of research. She sold her jewelry business last year so that she can be all in with health. She has written 2 manuals on health, It Feels Good to Feel Good, Learn to Eliminate Toxins, Reduce Inflammation and Feel Great Again,  and also Feeling Good Living Low Toxin In Community and Everyday Life. She also has published a desktop book on Stress and a Victory and Gratitude Journal.
