I've played chess off and on for about 40 years now. I played OTB in a club for a few years, but I quit when I realized that it would be a lot of work to improve and I wasn't ready to do that. Fast-forward about 8 years and here we are. I too have been trying to get back into chess since The Queen's Gambit and this podcast is what I needed to help solidify my plan to improve. I'm not ready to put in the 3-4 hours/day, but I appreciated the tips in the first episode. If nothing else, they reassure me that I'm on the right track. I look forward to hearing future episodes.
