Today I’m happy to welcome one of my former students and now friends, Mason Dennis, to The Christian Bear. A 2022 graduate of Rosemont College with a degree in communications and marketing, Mason was a standout Lacrosse student athlete and a resident advisor. He is currently raising money to attend graduate school and play and coach lacrosse in Italy. In this episode Mason discusses the importance of breathing and slowing down to dealing with anxiety, growing up, and living in an interfaith and interconnected context.
